No. Every plan, including Free, lets you translate as much content as you want. Projects, segments, and words are never metered, and your work is always yours to edit and export. What the plans differ on is AI capacity (how much AI-assisted work you can do each week) and organization logic: whether the allowance belongs to one person or is shared across a team’s projects.
Capacity is how much AI-assisted work you can do each week; it never limits how much content you translate. Pro gives you twice Free’s weekly allowance and adds advanced AI tools. Max gives you the same tools as Pro with five or twenty times its weekly allowance. Team shares its allowance across the team’s projects. More capacity lets you do more AI-assisted work; it does not make each result better. The amount of work you can complete depends on the tasks you use AI for. If you’re unsure, start with the lowest option that includes the tools you need. If you’re getting value from the plan and want to do more, you can increase your capacity. The upcoming Pro, Max, and Team plans include the AI agent, AI-assisted briefs, suggested checks, and connections for your own agents. Work with the in-app agent, turn project goals into a translation brief, and review quality checks suggested from patterns in your edits. These tools share one workspace allowance.
API tokens let external agents work within the workspace’s permissions. Aquilla-funded AI calls consume that workspace’s allowance. External providers’ charges remain separate.
Your personal workspace allowance is the shared AI capacity for work in your own projects. All Aquilla-funded AI assistance across those projects draws from one pool. Work in another organization’s projects uses that organization’s allowance.
Your allowance resets fully every seven days, continuing across billing dates. Monthly and annual billing do not trigger an extra reset. Unused capacity does not roll over.
Additional AI work pauses until the next weekly reset or an explicitly purchased capacity increase. Existing work, manual editing, and export remain available. No automatic overage charges or pay-as-you-go billing.
Max and Team offer 5× Pro or 20× Pro weekly capacity. The higher option replaces the base allowance. Larger quantities are not available at launch. More capacity does not add collaborators or permissions. Contact us to discuss additional needs.
Cancel anytime. Enterprise plans may follow custom terms. Paid checkout is not open yet; downgrade and upgrade terms will be confirmed before purchases become available. Existing subscriptions and negotiated access retain their agreed terms.
